P3O Upgrade
P3O is now the established approach in supporting senior management decision making through the portfolio, its programmes, projects and business as usual. The P3O Practitioner qualification is now established as an external competence measure by organisations throughout the world. This Course The P3O Upgrade course is designed for people who have previously taken and passed the P3O Foundation examination. The course has been designed to: build on delegate’s existing knowledge provide an update of the latest version of P3O prepare delegates for the Practitioner Objective Test Exam
Prerequisites Delegates will need to have previously achieved a pass in the P3O Foundation examination. Style and Design of the Course The course is ‘workshop’ in style, and is thus very flexible to meet the needs of the group and individuals. All Pearce Mayfield course Facilitators are fully trained to help delegates maximise their learning experience; they are knowledgeable and experienced and are fully approved by the accrediting body, the APM Group.
