Course Overview

Lean is a concept that intends at reducing the organisational waste while Six Sigma reduces processes variations and helps to link the processes together tightly.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is the third course inline of the Lean Six Sigma courses the other two being Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional leads a group of Green Belt professional.

When the delegates complete the course, they obtain a certification from IASSC – International Association for Six Sigma Certification™ - which is the only third party association within Lean Six Sigma approved for certification purposes.

Exam

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam duration is 4-hours , 150 questions and a closed book examination. The exam is held at the end of the training on a Friday afternoon.
