Course Overview

Six Sigma Green Belt course helps the delegates in understanding the business and analytical concepts by using different Six Sigma tools and techniques. Green Belt professionals benefit the organisation as they have a high level of functional knowledge and expertise that helps to improve the various business processes. They are also responsible for leading and participating in project teams and team building tasks. A Green Belt acts as an assistant to Black Belt and Master Black Belt professionals.
