Famous for its Spa, it is high peak district in the Derbyshire .It comes under the region of east Midlands. It has famous Peak District National park. The region's population was 22 thousand as per 2011 census. Various festivals are organized in Buxton opera house.
History
It started with the roman settlement. Number of coins were discovered in this city that showed they usually deal in coins. Festivals
July month considered to be the busiest month of the calendar where opera festival go to extra mile for 21 days on large scale. Various Performances happen that day. A 7 days music festival was also organized there where rock, pop, blues, fold and world music features there.
